Sobha Sienna is currently at pre-launch stage. Pre-launch began on 18 September 2026; the launch is proposed for 23 December 2026, completion is scheduled for 10 December 2030 and possession for 20 December 2030. These dates depend on applicable approvals and development progress, and none is guaranteed.

The TNRERA registration for this project is coming soon. No RERA registration number is published on this website because none has been issued yet. Details that depend on registration, such as unit-wise pricing, will be shared once they are officially available.
